Dropbox – Available Now

Dropbox is out of beta and available to everyone. It’s a pretty cool, free, application that allows you to keep files in sync between multiple computers. You can download the application for PC, Mac and Linux. Drop your files in the dropbox and they immediately sync with your other machines and the web. It’s a great way to send your dropbox_logo_home.giffiles home without having to mess around with a USB. When you make changes to the files they are instantly updated on the other machines. It reminds me of Sugarsync.

You can also drop files in to a Dropbox public folder and send a public link to give access to the file when you need to share a file. You can also share an entire folder. They also have an interesting photo gallery feature.
