Newsday.com reports that second-degree menacing charges were dropped in the plate throwing incident involving prominent divorce attorney Dominic Barbara. Apparently Mr. Barbara and his wife have reached an agreement involving their issues and Mr. Barbara requested that the charges be dismissed.
