Divorce Lawyer – Going too Far?

I love marketing my practice. Marketing is, for me, much more fun than many of my cases. I’ve engaged in some aggressive marketing tactics in the past and even a few media stunts. But I think there are limits and these divorce contests feel a bit over the line to me.

102.1 – The X – in Richmond, Virginia is giving away a divorce for Valentine’s Day. The contest is sponsored by Cravens & Noll. What do you think? I’d love to hear from Cravens & Noll and find out how it works out for them. I welcome your comments below.

P.S. Confession – we gave away marriage licenses for Valentine’s day and got tons of TV coverage a number of years ago.
