Interesting Stuff from the Past Week

Each week, on Saturday, I’m going to publish links to some of the things I’ve come across that might (I repeat “might”) be of interest to you. They will be things that stimulated me in some way related my practice. There won’t be much comment on any of the items but you might enjoy clicking on the links.

Here we go -

How to Become a Better Entrepreneur in the Next 30 Minutes by Neil Patel. This guy is good. He did a very interesting interview on Mixergy.

Top Ten Myths About Google Analytics – Good article written by the Google people about their free analytics service. I paid for stats for years and replaced it with Google Analytics some time ago. It’s better than what I had before and it’s free.

You can’t beat the practical advice given by Marko Saric. His post How I got my blog post retweeted by @problogger, @GuyKawasaki and 250 more is typical of his work.

Finally, It’s time to get serious about marketing is a great post by Jim Hassett. I find the opening quote – “I’ve been a lawyer for 31 years, and I’ve never seen it like this” – pretty frightening.
