I’ve tried a dozen or more task managers. I’ve spent a small fortune on software and web-based services. I’ve lost count of the different products I’ve tried.
I’ve settled on one now that has served me very well for the past few months.
It’s Wunderlist.
It’s free.
After all the money I’ve spent, I can’t believe I’ve settled on a free product.
But it’s working for me.
Wunderlist is simple. It’s basically a collection of to-do lists without much else. It has basic features like adding notes, dates, reminders, etc. It’s a very attractive program.
It’s cross-platform and runs on Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android, etc. You can even access your list via a web browser.
Once you set up an account, it syncs across the various platforms so your laptop and phone stay in sync.
It doesn’t offer sub-tasks. You can’t enter a start date or repeating tasks. It’s simple. Really simple.
Here’s the thing: I’m getting lots of stuff done. I’m more productive than I have been with any of the previous applications.
I’d suggest you check out Wunderlist. After all, it’s free.
