Fixed Fees in the Family Law Practice

Last week, we held a webinar on fixed fees. It was filled to capacity, and participants had some great questions. I promised to post the recording here on the site. Unfortunately, I screwed up the audio (I got my part, but not the participation of the group). Oh well, lesson learned, and we’ll get it right next time.

Anyway, the next day, we decided to take the notes from the webinar and record the talk as a podcast. We got the recording right the second time around, and you can listen to it here (click on the greenish Play Episode button) or download it for later. You can also subscribe to the podcasts (which are infrequent and irregular) in iTunes so they’ll download right to your podcast player (just click the subscribe in iTunes button over there to the left).

During the webinar, we got a bunch of requests for our client agreements. They’re embedded below for your perusal. They aren’t works of art or anything, but they get the job done for us.

I also promised to provide the client agreements we use. Click on the link to review the contracts: Rosen Agreements.

Where is the link? I am on a Mac and don’t see it. I also couldn’t get it on my Android phone when I switched to the regular theme, but it’s always a pain to get on my Android. I don’t see it to the left or in your list of latest podcasts on the right.
