I’m grateful that you’re interested in working with me. Here are the ways I might be helpful to your business.

Consulting

I’ve consulted for firms from North Carolina to California and am working with a number of firms in other english speaking countries. I can help you stand out from the crowd, better manage your people and implement technology that saves you time and money. I won’t give you ideas that I hope will work, I’ll give you ideas that are working right now in my practice.

Speaking

I spoken to groups including the American Bar Association, National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, Idaho Bar Association, Nebraska Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association, and a number of state Advocates for Justice groups. If you need a speaker I’m available to talk about marketing, management, technology and finance issues facing small and medium sized firms. If you need help dealing with issues within your firm, I’m available to help.

Rates

In the interest of saving everyone time and energy I’ll tell you that my minimum rate for speaking is $5,000 (although I give special consideration to non-profits). My consulting rate is $600 per hour.
